The Studio is based in Windsor, Berkshire and is 4Motion's South East creative home and HQ. We deliver our friendly and inclusive educational and community programmes here, including dance, yoga, fitness and wellbeing classes for adults, young people and children. We also deliver our INSET training for teachers, wellbeing workshops, creative courses and monthly cultural events.

4Motion works with a wonderful team who delivers our Education & Development and Outreach Community Programmes across Cornwall. We deliver inclusive dance, yoga, fitness and wellbeing classes in schools and community settings, as well as offer CPD and INSET training for teachers. We also work in partnership with Active Cornwall and five Job Centres across the county, supporting people who have been made unemployed. Our Cornwall base is the hub of our 4Motion Retreats, where we dream up and run beautiful coastal Yoga & Fitness and Yoga & Sound Healing retreats in nature. The South West 4Motion CIC team is based at their business address, the HoHouse in Newquay.
