The 4Motion Community is a thriving hub that welcomes everyone. Based in Berkshire and Cornwall, we offer classes and initiatives - both online and in person - for young people with learning and physical disabilities, people that live alone, for families, young people, children, residents in care homes. Dance

We believe everyone can be creative; everyone has the right to express them self freely, without judgement, in a supportive and friendly environment. This is what you get from a 4Motion dance class - fun, fitness, creativity and guaranteed laughter!

We’ve been delivering contemporary, creative and inclusive dance in schools and in the community for over 14 years. Our experience in the sector, along with our excellent friendly team, offers you the best in dance routines, choreography and fitness for all ages and abilities. We have a range of adult dance classes, as well as dance for children and young people with and without additional needs.

Yoga

Yoga = Union. We love to unite people of all ages and abilities through yoga. We do this through delivering a variety of yoga styles, exploring different asanas (postures) and simply meeting on the (virtual!) mat to talk, laugh and connect.

We run a range of yoga classes online: An energising Sunrise Yoga class for early birds or for those who enjoy a fun yoga challenge, our Flow Yoga class on Wednesday evenings could be for you. For those looking to relax at the end of the day, we have our wonderful Unwind Yoga on Monday evenings.

We are passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone, for those with injuries, long term ailments or those who prefer to move at a slower pace and with the support of props or a chair - Yoga for Beginners and Chair Yoga is for you. We also deliver pop-up yoga classes and workshops including Family Yoga, Yoga for Teenagers, SUPYoga classes, Vegan Vinyasa and Cafe Yoga.

 
 

Physical | Mental | Emotional Wellbeing

Collaboration is at the heart of 4Motion’s work, and we are extremely grateful to work with a fantastic team of teachers, PT’S, practitioners and therapists from around the world. We offer relaxing meditation classes, energising Wake Up Workouts, the perfect post work HIIT classes, and facilitate our 4Motion Wellbeing Workshops every Saturday morning. These workshops have included - Guided Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Emotional Freedom Technique, Gut Health, Hypnotherapy, Rapid Transformational Therapy, Writing to Heal, CranioSacral Therapy and many more.

Our goal is to help you stay moving and feeling connected, so come join our online wellbeing classes and workshops where we promise you’ll feel invigorated mind, body and soul.

Social Gatherings

We stand united as a team, coming together to support all members of our community. During this time of social distancing we believe it is even more important to stay connected and moving, and we are here to help you do just that. We create space, time and experiences for people to come together to talk, share stories and have fun.

We meet our youth ambassadors every week to check in either by having a chat, dancing or offering workshops to support them with school/home life balance. We end our week with a good old sing-song at our wonderfully uplifting Sing OUT classes. Don’t worry if you can’t sing, Bex will make you feel like a pro singer in no time! For guaranteed laughter and a boogie in your home, join us at our monthly Online Family Disco. This is a great chance for all the family to let their hair down, dress up and dance the hour away!
