4Motion is a creative arts, wellbeing and cultural Community Interest Company (CIC), established in 2006.

4Motion's vision is to keep people of all ages and abilities moving, connected and feeling positive. We fulfil our vision through the 4 social enterprise elements of our organisation, they are:

As a community interest company (CIC), our mission is to create and deliver inclusive experiences that support people’s physical and mental wellbeing. We deliver accessible classes, workshops, training and events that forge partnerships, unite people and celebrate communities.

Our spaces offer a welcoming environment to all members of the community, a place to engage, develop and interact.

Our 4Motion spaces are accessed through online, physical spaces and pop up hubs. We provide platforms that encourage wellbeing, creativity and social gatherings.

We offer training and mentoring to young people and to those who are vulnerable, unemployed or have additional needs

Our retreats are UK based, economically sensitive, environmentally conscious and aim to provide guests with a unique wellbeing experience in nature.
**Our CIC Commitment**
We volunteer in local communities through our Giving It Back Projects.

The Team
4Motion employs two full time CEO Directors and one part-time administrator. The Company also employs wonderful freelance teachers, practitioners and staff members, and grateful to work along side volunteers.
