This weekend retreat offers you the perfect opportunity to support your wellbeing by experiencing rest and relaxation in the stunning surroundings at Everleigh Manor in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside. You will be staying in the West Wing, a modern renovation with comfortable en suite rooms each with a view of the local surrounds.

Over the weekend you will be invited to step out of your usual routines and explore mindfulness, yoga, meditation, journaling, a sound bath, optional personal reiki session with essential oils, and a few pleasant surprises along the way! Our professional plant-based chef will be on site preparing dishes with the freshest seasonal ingredients, so that you can fill up on nourishing food with a modern twist all weekend.

The retreat includes all activities, access to private woodlands, three plant-based meals a day, snacks and drinks, an optional reiki healing experience and time just for you. Deep rest to nurture your wellbeing, beautiful surrounds, social time with like-minded people and memories to keep forever.

Arrival is from 4pm on Friday, depart after brunch at 12 on Sunday. Towels are provided. Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and some extra layers as we will be outside for some activities and the temperature will drop in the evening. You may wish to bring trainers or other suitable footwear for the forest, and some sun cream. We hope that we will be able to make full use of the outside dining terrace, weather permitting!
